The Agent you choose REALLY does make a difference

I have a post-it above my computer that reminds me "a plan is just a series of checklists". I also like the reminder that a plan done once a year is really nothing more a new years resolution....and I generally don't do too well with those.

I believe in writing down goals, and having a plan, but also that adjustments are necessary. I bristle when plans get in the way of real progress. Have encountered that in a few cases with those managing the business and it just seems silly to me when being overly regimented gets in the way of a real conversation. Just my opinion....

My plans are going terribly. However, that's because I'm busier than I anticipated, which is nice. I'm managing, but need to get back to much of what I wanted to focus on. I do a quarterly plan, thankfully, so setbacks are very temporary and changes very easy to make.
