Do you know someone that can assist you with real estate like a retired Realtor?  A person much like a mentor that might want some part time work.  

For social media there is probably someone in your office that you can hire to assist you to get get you up and running on the proper social medias.  It's no cake walk and with 60 listings sounds like you certainly need help.

Planning and implementing a digital marketing plan is my whole business!  Maybe I can offer some help.

The key is to set very pinpoint-precise goals first.  You mentioned that you're trying to break into the Prescott market, and since you said you have almost 60 listings in Seligman, I'm assuming you want listings in Prescott as well?  Or would you rather work buyers?  Or both?

I'm asking because the type of client you're trying to attract is dictated by your marketing.  Attracting luxury buyers with a "basic" website normally doesn't happen, just like a website for high-end listings would scare off a first-time homebuyer.  It's not enough to just have a presence in the market anymore; competition is thick and you have to find ways to stand out.  What are you doing to stand out?  How did you build such a compelling business in Seligman?

Basically, the sticking point for why you've been successful in Seligman but not in the more lucrative Prescott area could be, simply, the style/design of your marketing.  Luxury homeowners have different tastes and higher expectations.

But don't worry; it's not rocket science... although, if it were, I'm sure you'd be just fine figuring it out!  :)  These changes to your marketing are likely asthetic for the most part, but there could also be other tweaks or lead generation streams that you're not utilizing or haven't thought of.  Myself or a similar professional would be useful to you as someone to have some real consultations with; discuss goals, look at current marketing, create a new plan, and help implement that plan.

For social media, what exactly do you need help with?  Posting listings and articles?  Branding?  Ads?  Depending on what your goals are, social media is a great way to get where you're trying to go while keeping your ROI in check, but to have an assistant or even a professional just "work on" your social media without any clear-cut goals or objectives is going to be a waste of your time and any funds you spend on it.

John McCormack -- I am working with a Buyer who has 20 years experience in real estate. I know she can help with the paperwork but I am not sure about the writing work.

I am Agent #3 in my office. We are all BUSY. I am the techiest of all of us. I am about to put an ad up on Craigslist to find a person who can work from home and move some of my blog posts to my own websites. I have learned the hard way that a programmer is not what it takes to do work on Wordpress.

Evelyn Epperson -- I had my license in a KW office for 8 years. KW here in my area is having a hard time now. The last two profit sharing payments I got were each for $0.01. Most of the technically-oriented people are no longer there.

My son, Darin, does my php/MySQL programming when he can find the time to help me. He is my IT person. I am an old guy who does not learn so fast anymore. I am, however a real rocket scientist (without quotes). I have earned my living with computers since 1965 when I worked on the Gemini space program at McDonnell Aircraft in St. Louis.
