Good question and I look forward to hearing from others. I'm lukewarm on them as I just can't see that they are any different than a startup site that connects agents to agents. With so many other sites out there (AR, Facebook Groups, your network via certifications like CIPS and CRS), I just haven't seen the benefit. I might not be giving them enought credit though, so I would love to hear some other stories.
