William Feela we had so much last year - and after the terrible winter, roads are 'back to normal'!

Due to the rapid and never ending growth of Albuquerque yes we have a lot of road work constantly going on.  Over passes, widening etc.  The city is great about working at night in efforts to helping people get around the construction zones with ease. 

It seems to get worse and worse each year in our area. This year, however, it's a bit different because they are hosting the Pan Am Games in the summer, so there is an extra push to get more done in the Spring, but the summer *should* be lighter than normal for construction (although the extra traffic will ultimately end up producing the same results I'm sure).

We have so much i our area every year itis hard to tell.

These days road construction is normal...not having road construction would be out of the ordinary.

It seems like Pennsylvania always has a lot of road construction going on.

Right now less becuase of the late arrival of spring, but i see orange signs everywhere so coming soon is a traffic jam near you. 

yes...many more bridges causing much delay and detour throughout both the expressway and streets

William, it never ends in Illinois. The cold winters cause roads to crack and then we get pot holes. I am sure it is the same in your area.

Our state needs more road construction.  Our roads are 50 shades of grey!

Yes it has been very busy in road construction around Metro Atlanta this spring. So at least my tax dollars are going towards road work and not in a congress person pockets. 

William, it seems about the same but it is very annoying when you have to travel the lane restrictions without an acceptable alternative.

Construction of all kinds not just roads. 5 new office towers downtown, new hotels, you name it. The good news is this is progress and a great economy. It is worth the hassle but it does make Waze an essential app for your phone.

Lots of potholes this year. 
And, with the legalization of marijuana, we also have lots of potheads.

From New Orleans to Baton Rouge it is unbelievable. Traffic is heavy and it seems like construction will never end. 

William Feela It sure seems like it. My State recently added an additional ten cent tax on gasoline sales. Maybe they have more money to spend on road construction.

Yes we have a lot of road construction this year . It is a sign that the economy is improving.

 Good morning William. Yes! The freezing weather this year took its toll on the roads.

It's a bit early in the year to tell. 

I think we will...we have more potholes than usual.
