PrimeSellerLeads.com has an effective "Home Value" landing page design with built in autoresponder.  However, you only get one page for $60/month.  

postAprop.com has the same type of "Home Value" landing page with autoresponder but you can also setup unlimited pages. Not just one page.  You can setup other types of pages for seller leads and  buyer landing pages.

Also under the same account you can create ulimited single property sites.

This type of lead generation works but postAprop offers more and they do it for 70% less.  Only $20/month.

Using these types of lead-generating pages works well to for both seller & buyer leads. You can integrate the pages into all of your marketing.  Link them to your core site, blog, Facebook, print ads, Pay-Per-Click ads.  Doing this will create an automated lead system at a very low cost.

Hi Mireille just wondered if you had any luck finding a lead generation tool or if you tried Prime Seller Leads?

All I can say, is don't go to PostAProp.

I am pretty web design literate and I could not get even one simple landing page to work right. Customer service was deplorable. I usually waited 3-4 days for a response, after I wrote in daily begging for help. And then the help I got did not end up solving my problems and usually caused other problems, again needing tech support.
 I tried for 6 months to get this to work and could not get any of my landing page efforts for buyers or sellers to work right. I'm very disappointed and frustrated with them.
Do not waste your time and money with this service!

which is about $50 per month unlimited websites and Cloud CMA. With Client Creator there is a signup fee but if you do a search there is a special ActiveRain discount code. With Cloud CMA you can use one of their options which produces an URL.

Cloud CMA is about $39 per month. If you look for a code you can pay less per month. With the Pinellas REALTOR (R) Organization in Clearwater, Florida it is included in our membership dues while with Northwest MLS in Kirkland, Florida it is not.

Don't do it

Post a prop is "only $20 per month" if you pay a year upfront.  Its almost $40 per month if you pay monthly.  Listings to Leads is $30 per month to do 10 listings per month.  

I haven't used it. But a couple of people in Facebook Mastermind groups that I am in I've heard are having success with it. Do you have a budget? If you do I can make some good suggestions for you that many other real estate agents have told me about.

I just signed up to give prime seller leads a try. Will come back soon and tell you what I think. I believe it's more than just buying leads. Hope to generate my own leads with the system.  I'm new and tried the Trulia 6 month pro with all the bells and whistles.  Couldn't get out of it soon enough!
