MY TIP: I would spend less on these "services" and more on local advertising for your business!

For example, the "Property Boost" service at Kunversions.  Why in the world would you pay money for this service?  Do you undestand what it does?  It's nothing but a smokescreen report sent to homeowners.  It does NOTHING to help you sell a property.

Cost of this and the "listingMachine" from Kunversions will run about $2400/year.  You can do better.

Here is a better plan:

Use postAprop at $19.97/month and spend the balance on local advertising and you'll see a much better result.

Real Geeks?  They have a nice Home Value page and these pages are effective. However, the automated report  from RealGeeks leads to disappointment because its nothing more than a Zestimate type Zillow report.  On top of that the cost of Real Geeks is very high and you can do a better job of spending your marketing dollars.

NOt only does postAprop have a more appealing HOME VALUE lead page but the cost is much lower.

Check out Real Geeks.  Check out Kunversions. Then go to postAprop and compare features and cost.  Compare all 3.

It's a no brainer decision for postAprop.

I currently have a Reel Geeks web site, and have many leads and is fairly easy to add pages.

hmm I wonder if that "agent" Chris might be selling post a prop. Haven't used it but looks like its now $25 a month if you pay for a year in advance no trial no guarantee .. so?

It's not about houses, it's about people

This may not be the place to ask this but is anyone with a RG site doing their own PPC?  I have a very small market outside of Houston, too small to have professional PPC manager as most charge $500 or more.  While I know I won't have the success of the pros, I did manage my own PPC campaigns a few years back successfully.  In my market I only expect to be able to generate 30-40 leads per month and can't justify the expense.

TIA

Hi James;

I think it depends on what you want.

Full disclosure before I proceed - I haven't purchased a website from either kunversion or real geeks, but a) I have inquired, and b) there are a number of agents in my market using both of these, and I am watching their results closely.

Here's what I can see re. organic search results:

Both companies sites rate high in Google organically in my market for many keywords, in a relatively short period of time.  That is big

Both companies have responsive websites. That is also big.

While both are templated sites, kunversion 'appears' to have a bit less flexibility in the overall look and feel.

But as I say, both sites are doing well in my market.

Hope that helps!

I actually have both. Once you master them you can generate an avalanche of leads. However, the lead management portion, i.e. the CRM side could be better.

Getting you to your next with a zero failure rate!

I am checking into Kunversion.  Organic SEO on a high level is a big deal.  My understanding is that you can bring in several leads each month and it seems like a much better option than buying leads from Realtor.com.  The CRM has to be one of the best I have ever seen.
