Hi Jeff -- I guess I look at "distance" in time rather than miles traveled.  So I've driven about one hour to show a property(would most likely be more than one). In my area, it is necessary to drive off-peak hours as much as possible.

In a given day, I'm sure I have had more than a few 100 mile days worth of driving over the years.   

Albuquerque is so spread out I can easily add 100 miles in one day on mileage.  

Probably 70 miles was the most. At this was for a friend who was serious about buying... and did.

Probably about 65 miles to the far end of Lake Norman. As to the most miles in one day--somewhere in the 200 mile range because of the round trip to Lake Norman + showings around it.

 I know that I have driven 100 miles to go to an inspection. I don't do it very often and I do charge for it. I still wind up losing money.

I spent yesterday two hours by driving to see the agent and the property I was writing offer for . I just wanted to introduce myself personally and ask for his suggestions. I'm willing to do extra step for a good client. Any time. Any distance.

50 and I will never do that again Jeff. It was a relative and it got sold but this was early in my career and I am more careful now. Refer them out.

Hello Jeff.  Between 75 and 80.  Actually quite enjoyable although the clients I met there were surprised when I pulled up on my motorcycle.    Have not actually kept track of a single tour day mileage.  Would easily be over 100 with how spread out we are here.  mark

I have driven over 200 miles round trip. Was it worth it? Yes.

I have driven about 40 miles each way for a showing.  As far as the most in one day, I have no idea, but let's say I was on the road all day.

I try not to go more than 45 minutes, but for GREAT clients will go further if they want me as their agent.   Have had 200+ miles in one day.

Jeff Dowler CRS - about 65 miles! Now I got stuck in traffic once and it took me little over 2 hours to travel 50 miles...but that's a different story!

2 hours is the longest I have driven.  It was customers I had been working with for some time and in the right price range.  They eventually bought in my area :-)  I have never thought to tally daily miles. I will have to look closer at that! 

I will drive an hour to show a property for a client I know. As far as a day goes, I have tallied 200 miles in one day.

It was about 30 miles.  I don't believe I've put on more miles in one day than 100 max.

Jeff, the longest distance one way to show a property was around 38 miles.  We don't do the office caravan in our brokerage anymore.  

I would say one way was about 50 miles.  But on more than one occassion in my rural area I have logged more than 200 miles in a single day of showing

I have driven about 250 miles in one day showing properties and the longest distamce one way was about 80 miles. I don't do either of those anymore. The internet has made thiings better.

I don't know how many miles in a day but I would say alot
