I am implementing that strategy now....I call it semi-retirement....I have a team and they do all of the work...I market and can live very comfortably on their referral fees....this is my exit....I can do it until both eyes are closed or I don't remember my name...whichever comes first!!

I referred by clients to associates at RE/MAX and retired.

I haven't decided.  It will either be cremation or 6' under!

What an interesting question.  When we create a brand and a design, we think in those terms, exit strategy! One our Napa clients sold her site for 6 figures, because of the brand and the amount of traffic it generated.  A

My exit strategy is live on the Beach in Gulf Shores, ALA and run a jet ski business in the next 6 years. 

I am lucky that both my daughters and daughter in law are licensed agents in my brokerage. My daughters literally grew up in the business. Despite their relatively young ages, they both have over 22 years experience combined!! I have slowly given them both more responsibility and they have already surpassed me with their leadership skills and participation in our local board!! I have started to come in 4 days a week and slowly that will change to 3 days a week.....I enjoy my job and the day it stops being fun is the day I will make my exit

I don't plan on exiting at all unless it is due to medical reasons or they put me underground.

And I hope at that time I'm so busy it messes up a lot of peoples schedule.

Exit to what?  My career?  With a difficult client?  I just turned 40, I have a long way to before I even consider retirement if that is what you meant?
