Personally, I've found that buyers find these confusing. Prudential tried it here some years back, but it never took off. I'm not for them.

They are a big joke. What buyer would pay more than the low point in the range. The effort is to secure a bidding war, but that doesn't always happen.

Never cared for them.  More than anything, they confused the heck out of buyers and even some agents.  The field is still available for use in our MLS but it's probably been several years since I've noticed a listing with any mention of range pricing.  No one in my area talks about it anymore.
