If that would allow me to market all my listings off course. I spend more than that on lunch some days. I would track it to see if any business came from it as I do all my marketing. But for that little bit of money it wouldn't have to be much business and it would make sellers happy.

I guess I would need to see how much exposure they get. Right now, hard to beat listing on MLS and thru my brokerage goes out to all sites thru Listinghub. Majority of buyers use sites like Zillow, Trulia, etc.

Hi Richard, good to see you here. As Roy Kelley mentioned, featuring ourselves and our properties is one thing but unless it proves to generate leads/calls, it may be just be a waste. Tracking how many people see it and how many people actually take any action from it, would be very difficult.
