Endless Referrals by Bob Burg and The Power of Full Engagement by Jim Oiehr and Tony Schwartz are two of my absolute favorites for ages, Paul.

When I first got into the business, a friend recommended Brian Tracy's "The Psychology of Selling".  I listened to it on the way to work, during lunch, and on the drive home.  Brian talks a lot about visualizing; imagining the outcome you desire has already occurred.  That was the beginning of a journey to greater self-awareness than I ever thought possible.  

 There are several that come to mind. 7L,  The one thing,  the customer rules  and many more.

I found a lot of audio books on Utube. I listen to them when I'm in gym, driving, or walking.

I have to say "The One Thing"  It can be applied to any facet of life or business as well as Real Estate.  Mark

Paul S. Henderson I've read many real estate books and listened to many audio programs. However, you can't go wrong reading anything by Zig Ziglar.

Almost everything that is in the form of a book is outdated in the antiquated real estate industry.
