I'm not able to write blogs today... I get the usual Title, Audience and Tag screens but the content post window is not available - is this a bug or by design?

Thanks everyone for your answers. I tried a different machine and it worked. Probably has to do with cache. I'll go back to the previous machine, clear the cache and reboot and see if it works on that one too.
