That is a great question.  I think we also would need to consider size of business, and percentage you have allocated to different areas.  There are many models I've seen, but depending on size of your business and amount you have already allocated, maybe it would go to marketing (it is were leads come from).  Yet, if you have a steady stream of leads already from marketing on hand, maybe invest it for retirment.  Many of us forget we won't always be working.

Russ, I would spend only half to put into marketing my business. 

The other half I would use for a nice vacation break so I can come back refreshed, relaxed and ready to give it 110% again!

And, knowing me I might donate a portion to my favorite charity which always makes me feel great since I am giving back to my Flagstaff community.

I would create a MMU application, for real estate agents (image that!) that would allow them to enhance current market brand with a service of distinction....and..... start positioning for leveraging their SM with a service that taps into the explosive growth of the 'sharing' marketplace by providing a resource they (the sharer) will use...and re-share. (70% of re-sharers are home owners with kids with 100,000 plus income. Neo-sharers represent 43% of the USA populaton)
