The best thing about being in this business is you get to help make dreams come true and change people's lives.  I which I had more hours in the day to do it.

The best part is helping those buying and selling homes, and the happiness it entails.    I wish it was more on an even tempo.    This business has always seen peaks and valleys.    Lately Denver has seen only peaks for over a year now. 

I love the control I have over my business, time spent, income, expenses and who I choose to work with. I don't like that I feel like it is with me every minute in my thoughts, feeling for my sellers and buyers and their situations.

I'm always learning something new, and everyday is different.

Being a broker I do come compete with the agents.  They like it and so do I....

I absolutely love the challenges and opportunities that each day presents.  I love being able to make deals happen that I don't think would have otherwise happened if I wasn't persistent and willing to think out side the box to put creative ideas to practice.   I love marketing.  I love closings.   The one thing I wish I could change?  Stupid/lazy Realtors.  

I like the change and the learning that comes with different transactions. If I could change anything, I would get a salary with commission bonus...so I have something to live on when things get slow.

Independence.  More honest competition would be nice.

Keep on meeting people and help them.
