Evelyn Johnston Goals should be revisited and revised often - once a quarter at least, or more - and adjustments should be made to goals if you are ahead of it or behind it.

(Now that does not mean that you reduce your numbers if you already are ahead of your numbers....)

Our business is based on my ability to get into contract and able to strike on our own. If we are spinning our wheels, things are not going right. We need more actiion plan to regroup. Not easy to get results in RE consistently.
