Good afternoon Raymond, I usually look in the Rain to see who is posting and what they have to say

Call the nearest REMAX broker and ask the broker to refer the agent best suited for the client or real estate.
I have historically gone to CRS to find an agent. I also Google specific specialties, and being involved with NAR at the national level, I have gotten to know a lot of REALTORS®.
Search the CRS (Council of Residential Specialists) member database. CRS has a decades-old track record of training its members to serve referral clients. It's the best single source of referral partners available in the industry.
Good morning Raymond. I thought the answer to this be obvious! Active rain of course!
Active Rain is the best way. You can pinpoint the city.
AR is of course one way....as part of Keller Williams we also have a wealth of agents internationally and happy to refer agents to any other agent.
ActiveRain! I look under states and towns and then to individual posts to learn more about the agents in that market.
I have used AR to send out many referrals. It has served me well.
Raymond, my search starts here on Active Rain. When looking for a referral source in Southeast Louisiana I can help.
I use the ActiveRain leaderboard by state, county and city. I also use my CRS directory.
you have thousands of well-versed agents right here on AR.... you don't need to delve too deeply....
My company has a relocation department that does that for us. However, I prefer to check Active Rain first, see who services the area and how active they are here, then make the referral.
I do a lot of referrals and receive a lot of referrals from out-of-state agents. First I use my short list if I have an agent in that area. Otherwise if agents I trust have a referral they trust I will call that person and interview them. If neither of those is an option in the past I did a search for top agents and would call a few before deciding on the referral. But now that I'm active on AR I will call my AR friends for referrals!
I will look at the Active Rain leader board, by city and county and look at their blogs. If I find one that looks promising, I will call them.
I like using Zillow.com the same reviews that potential clients utilitize work for me to try and find another agent. I have been contacted by several because I have one of the most reviews of any agent in the greater Tucson, AZ area. I am a buyers agent, add me to your referral list(S) should you have any clients looking to buy in Tucson, AZ.
