Good advice. In the 8 years I have been a Realtor, patience is what has increased the most. Working with the public, it has to in order to remain sane. People are going to do funny things, there is very little we can "control" in a transaction(s). The only thing I know I can control is me, and the communication I provide to all parties (lender, title, other agent, my clients, etc). Communication is the foundation of a successful transaction.
