Cindy Davis he works exclusively with our clients. We direct the aesthetics and the strategy. Agent Image is someone we recommend, and our prices match theirs last time we checked. They do a good job, and some have loved their work and some have not. Those who have not were frustrated by the number of different people they were relating to during the process.
Some of the tech people have a tough time communicating with the non tech folks like agents, and there is a language barrier, which is why Ron talks directly to the web developer during the process of creating the site. After the site is done, there is a better understanding between the parties.
We did a web site for cornerstone coastal properties, and since they offer websites to their agents, we gave Agent Image the graphics to use for those who wanted a website. Here is an example of an agent site they did for one of their top agents, Millie Dinkel.
I hope this helps. A

I bookmarked it, since I have the same question. I have certain criteria I'm looking for to create/modify my site.

After years of spending too much on custom WordPress sites I went to PipelineROI.com. Everything is included including your blog and also the IDX. Price is $650. The IDX is not third party so it is embedded as content. They also have a new social media backend which I like. They have new fronts which are WordPress like. If you want to use them the president and I are friends(I don't get referral fees), and will be happy to run interference.

I had Homes.com...Went to H & H and that was a disaster. Charged me even after I cancelled per contract agreement. WEnt back to homes.com. If someone has a really good one, I would love to hear about it.

I paid $200.00 a year from point 2 and website box was a one time charge of 99.00. The problem with website box is that I could not get emails from people that would contact me off the website.

Shanna Hall - it really comes down to how much you are willing to spend per month. If you want to offer that, I can offer suggestions that are more relevant to you.

Ron & Alexandra Seigel ...perhaos you could share who you use for a website developer?

Dakmo seems very expensive to me, we do luxury sites and the hosting fee for most of our sites is between $35 a month to $60. Cindy Davis that is $2400 a year, and websites run between 2500-7500 depending on functionality. A

" Website Hosting" is not the same thing as website building/developing and designing. Bluehost is having a special right now but they get lots of complaints. Hostgator is ok. You have to be careful with godaddy if you don't know what you're doing, but they have improved. Network Solutions has been around a long time, but a little more expensive than others. Also Liquidweb, WP-engine, Siteground, and asmallorange. Of the ones mentioned above, WP engine and Siteground are two of the best. After Hostgator was bought out by EIG their customer service went downhill. But they are still ok and better than many others. If you're looking for someone to build you a new website, one of your main considerations right now would be to make sure the site is mobile friendly- what google calls RWD is Responsive Web Design. They will start penalizes sites April 21rst that aren't mobile responsive.

I have used GoDaddy for many years. I have multiple business websites and WordPress blogs and am a happy customer.

Point2 has a cheesy look, from my perspective. We are doing away with our AgentImage site because of customer service problems. Switching to our own self-hosted Wordpress site seems like the best thing to do right now. And if I'm going to pay $140 per month for a site, I want to know what I'll be getting in return.

Trying out Placester.com right now. As NAR members it is $5/mo; tough to beat!

I use virtual results and have very mixed feelings about it. I am seriously thinking of moving over to Dakno Marketing. They have a special on right now which is $99 set up and $139/mo.

That's very inexpesnsive Shanna. My first website was with Superlative.com - they were $40-50 a month...you can check them out It would be better than what you've had. Most of the mid range sites, including the one I currently use is $139/month.
