Its almost complete CRM with everything you need for your business.

I use WiseAgent. (see product reviews on AR)

Why? Does everything I need a CRM do and I don't pay for what I'll never use.

Now, if you are thinking of changing CRM, you need to project where you will be 3 years from now marketing wise. Don't get stuck with a brick labeled CRM.

Give thought and consideration to SugarCRM.
