Repeatedly, they have communicated BROKER is the only one that means anything to them. The buyer or seller knows there are other letters following agents name, but BROKER is the one that carries weight.
If you were to pick someone in a company to chat with for business guidance would it be the CEO, COO, CFO, CCO, or GTO? Nearly 100% of the population knows what the CEO is, but the rest are just percieved to be important but not why.

My REO Specialist designation has gotten me business from people interested in buying a foreclosure. I would say I've gotten three buyers that way. That's not a large number. I didn't take the course to impress the consumer. I took it to learn about the foreclosure market. It was a great course.

I would say CRS because of both education and referral potential. I don't refer by company only; I use the 5lb CRS referral book when I refer a client!
