Have you heard of project UPSTREAM? Will you carry the message to your franchise HQ?

PROJECT UPSTREAM is a planned effort by brokers to aggregate, share and distribute listing and other data before it goes to the MLS. This effort has teed up a new power dynamic. Finally a strategic effort where brokers are attempting to take a few steps back from the MLS, data (your data) in hand, to establish a new point of leverage from which their objectives can be more effectively advanced. Hopefully, this has some MLS folks on edge as they reconsider their ways.. And edginess is better than complacency. Upstream is opening some new conversations in the MLS world. A good thing.

Would you forward your message to your broker and franchise, that such an advantage will provide exceptional value added to services provided by professionals and franchises to the buying and selling public?
