I wouldn't spend much time doing BPO's. In my experience, you can't make a living doing them. If you have your real estate broker license, perhaps you should sell real estate or open your own brokerage. Just my 2 cents.

That really depends on your market. Where I live, short sales and foreclosures are almost nonexistent. I used to do BPO's but it was so difficult getting paid I don't do them anymore.
