I am in Indian Summer...I've been in the business for 14 years, so I've seen a little. The naivete of spring has passed. The growth during summer was a wonderful phase. And now I find myself in the maturity of Indian Summer.

I looked up the definition of Indian Summer just now, and there were two: the first referred to the time of year and type of weather, which quite frankly, is all that I thought I would find.

The second definition speaks of a season of joy and success later in life.

And that describes me to a 't'.

My definition of success is to be joyful in my present moment, believing that everything else will take care of itself.

I am, and it has.
