Yes we have a couple of conferences each year.  Engel & Völkers has EV Exchange and it was just in Las Vegas this year.  they also have an annual Polo conference/event in Mallorca Spain.

No, I can't afford an annual conference.

My broker hosts an annual Christmas party that I do attend.

And the franchise my broker purchased through also has a big conference.

But, since I work for myself, my very own company, the conferences I have are daily.

Yes, RE/MAX has its R4 each year, which I just returned from a week or so ago. Then our regional RE/MAX also has at least one event a year.

Allied with Keller Williams and we have Family Reunion and Mega Camp which are two annual meetings. Our Santa Fe market center holds several events which have been annual events in our community. 

Family Reunion is Keller's annual meeting...and Mega Camp annually for technology.

Our offices have an Annual Meeting. The broker/owner shares information on market share, sales volume and # of transactions in each of our markets compared to the competition. He presents information on market conditions and we celebrate the achievements and success of individuals in our broker's offices and the company's success. It's a great practice for every business.

We have parties every year, but if an annual conference is held in a party place like Vegas I think the focus and memories would be on the fun...which is always good.
