This one is going to sound odd but Reduce Me to Love by Joyce Meyer. One of my first transactions I got so upset with a buyer because they decided against a property after saying they "loved it!!" Reading this book while helping them helped me to turn the focus off of myself and realize, why would I want them to purchase a home they didn't like? I don't think they would have remembered me in a positive way.

Sell with Soul by Jennifer Allan. It isn't a millionaire agent type book, but it resonated with my thoughts. I think she has a new and updated edition that just came out.

The Millionaire Real Estate Agent by Gary Keller. I still have my first worn copy (now on my 3rd) purchased at a book store (remember those). It is powerful, clear and more than a book. I highly recommend it for everyone in real estate today.

Thank you all for your recommendations. I just ordered five of the books on Amazon.
Brenda: There is a newer version- Reduce me to Love: Unlocking the secret to lasting joy. (did you read this one?)
As for the Keller books: Read them all!
Karen Sanchez, I agree with all the titles of Larry W. He wrote them all for me :) I've grown a pair but can you really cross those lines in real estate?
I am currently reading Traction: Get a Grip on Your Business (Gino Wickman)
Bored with it, but my Broker is making me accountable for reading it. We meet up once a week to discuss my business.....
One of my all time favorites is Failing Forward: Turning mistakes into stepping stones for success (John Maxwell)

When I was a KW real estate agent, I read, studied, and followed The Millionaire Real Estate Agent by Gary Keller which helped me have a very lucrative real estate business.
With my business marketing to real estate agents, I created my services and processes based on Gary Keller's "Red Book".

I cannot recall the name of the book, something like the Miracle of Goal Setting or the Magic of Goal Setting by Jim Rohn, published sometime in the 1970s or perhaps I'm mixing up Jim with another motivational speaker. Another great influence was Charles Chatham, since deceased, with his Art of Real Estate of Counseling, also from the 1970s.
