If you'd like to try a DIY approach using some really great looking templates, Canva has several customizable real estate flyer designs available. You can really easily switch out colors, fonts, text, and images.

I create and print my own using MS Word. 
The back side is a table that has proven to be a very effective marketing resource.

Agents carry my flyer in and comment, "I can't do that!" 
And they are right.

IF I am in a real hurry I use the REMAX online tools to create an impressive image rich flyer.

I use several of them, eEdge, list reports, kwcommand.

Esther Preston I have flyers created from my CRM - Market Leader and Top Producer! No affinity to any other sites/companies/service providers.

I have run the gammit of flyer design.  I have never used a template but create my own.  Yes, they have changed in look over the years.

My company Berkshire Hathaway has some very nice templates for the agents to use. It allows a little customization and they look colorful and high quality. I can access them on my agent portal and use them anytime.

I like making my own templates, Esther.  Though, there are many good companies out there with a lot of choices.

I'm using Mail Chimp for my email flyers. Maybe not the best but good and very simple to use.
