I have yet seen a 3rd party marketing company pay off. Why support companies that take our listings, gathers our clients and sells them back to us. our own clients. Less we use them the less they will be around.

I agree with Annette . You need to find what works for your market and stick to it for at least six months to see if it works. If not, move on.

IF they are not marketing to you the same way they advise you to market to your clients one should see their proposal is broken already.

Seems Yext and the Google guys believe dialing for dollars is the BEST marketing plan. Don't let that reality escape your notice.
