Hi Paul -- not just title and escrow companies but the amount of useless information that is sent makes finding important information more difficult. Recent in case in point: the time change ---- YES I know we needed to change our clocks this past weekend -- did I really need to read it in 50+ emails?

Not so much anymore. I used to have a title company that sent everything in duplicate and it had to do with every weekend being happy, every holiday, etc. I am not getting anything from them anymore so am wondering if they removed me or I removed them. Eitehr way I am good with it.
