Phone calls and blogging. I will e-mail out links to my blog and call those that open to the link. (use mailchimp) As I use it for free connected to wise agent (which is one of my great cheap tools). Best tech value is my IDX, AR, WP Blog and Docusign.

DropBox (or any cloud service, really). Knowing my computer can crash and none of my information will be lost is such a relief.

My Android phone. Huge screen and I can almost use it like a computer. Haven't gone to tablet yet, am waiting for my laptop to die so I can get a Surface Pro, I need full blown applications to be truly effective. I've struggled with other agents who only use tablets or phones to send me signed docs. They either don't know how to use them or the applications are poor.

When I'm in the office, it's my PC and phone. When I'm in the field it's my Samsung Tab 5 and Note 3. I wouldn't leave home without them.

My Note 4 is great. I can do almost anything on it in a pinch regardless where I am. Even pull up my docs in my dropbox

What a great read I came across today, keep them coming for the active Rainers.

Phone calls, Laptop, Smartphone, Facebook, LinkedIn. Anything outside these items doesn't really generate much ROI. There aren't many people in the WA area active on AR. Most of my active connections on here are from across the country.

Dear Cheryl,
Appointments or interacting with clients. Fight you for the conference room next week ;-)!!!

I use my iPhone and iPad daily, very productive.
It is my best leverage daily task.

Have used my Ipad3 for some time. Love it. I upgraded my Iphone 5 to a Iphone 6+ very recently. While i like it in many ways, its screen is no match for the Ipad. Especially if web site doesn't modify screen size for your phone. Im getting to know what needs the Ipad and which works good on 6+. While I do like some of the new features of the Iphone 6+. Otherwise its just a supersized Iphone 5. My big difference is my 5 only had 16 gig memorey. My 6+ I spared nothing and got 128Gig. I do use it for pictures and I now can add many more useful apps

I also see my iPad as the top return right now but I am looking at iPhone6S as maybe the next real step.

Looking at dog photos isn't one of them, but I wanted to mention your dogs are really cute.

Scanning local news to prepare me when calling my SOI.
Today the chat begins, "Did you read they are rebuilding on the lot that swallowed the house three years ago?"

My iphone as it lets me get any and web site, emails, photos and such. For my time, my blog replaces cold calling and is working for me 24 hours a day. I sure love my AR blog

Cheryl, I guess we are so used to our smart phone that we take it for granted but it is one tool we cannot do without.
