I try for a couple hours per day, but seldom find the time to do it all.

It has dropped lately, used to be a couple of hours a day.
A lot! Some close client-turned-friends take forever.

I try to call between 50-75 realtors per day and shoot for an average of 15 appointments per month. Client calls depend on my volume, which has been low because I'm starting out. Leads however I have about 30 of those I call each day people who are on the fence, I'm waiting for documents to get started, etc.
I'm not a big fan of goals because majority of people don't reach them. I'm a large fan however of setting up systems and following those systems. In the end you end up getting close or even achieving your goal or more and your not disappointed because you were focused on doing whats required to achieve the number and not "oh I didn't hit my goal..."
