I'm not giving it away.
I don't have to sell.
I didn't want to bother my Realtor.
Those are my top three.

The list covers most of mine, but I do get a bit annoyed with "I'll be sending an offer over later today." Crickets. Almost never happens.

In marketing remarks my pet peeves are:
"Nestled" & "Welcome Home" - they are just over used. I'm also done with "make it a good day".

Good question Inna! I don't have a good answer, I confess... I came to look at the others' answers. Then I noticed the phrase "that being said". Any person who watches The Bachelor has heard that phrase along with "on our journey" and "I put myself out there". OK... I just revealed quite a bit about my tv watching habits.

I hate that expression "whatever." In real estate, I hate it when agents casually throw out "I can get you $XXX for your home," because usually they can't. And I hate "won't last" in real estate advertising. Usually that's the property that sits there for a year without selling.

"Is it just me...." (yes it is)
'LIKE me.' (not likely)
'pays for itself in one transaction' (Is that a feature? benefit? outcome?)
"Be on page one of Google" (there's going to be a crowd)
'It must be fate" (????)

Inna, in general the one I am hearing now that is beginning to irritate me now is existential.

Seems, you got a good collection of least popular expressions. Great question!
Did you get a feature for it?

Chuck Willman , it reminds me another good one: "With all due respect"...following with a disrespectful nonsensitive explanation. Similar to "Don't get mad, but..." proceeding to say what horrible thing you did or found out happened.

Caroline Gerardo ''not my job'' is driving me crazy too. A lot of people have no motivation to do an extra efforts, even if they can. They just don't want and don't care( very typical for employees who work for salary, right?, especially gov. workers).

Praful Thakkar ''I don't care'' is the most annoying one! I hear it from my son and it drives me crazy! I think, tees overuse it.
And if someone is buying/selling a house, they should care!

I'd go with 'nothing you can do about i' and '#1 agent'( seems everyone is calling themselves).

haha yes Mike Cooper . This one agent has been calling me everyday saying an offer is coming and I've been nice and encouraging. I may tell him that the next call has to be to register an offer or else I'm hanging up.

...if God wants me to have the home then I will get it..
Honestly folks...with what God has going on right now, especially in the Middle East...my guess is you should make your own buying or selling decisions.

I had a client who constantly said "Aaaaaaaannnnnddddddd scene!" I think it was a movie reference or something.
She'd say it when she concluded she didn't like some aspect of a property, as if to say she's done.

Annette Lawrence yes! "Be on page one of Google" (there's going to be a crowd!!!). Every marketer promises this, aren't they?
SimpleListingSolutions.com 877.721.8220 yep, "I'm thinking about trying..."~ does not sound convincing at all!
How about this one: someone called me today, by referral. After a very nice chit-chat, she explained me her criteria in details and finished the conversation by 'Let me know what you can find. I need to go now. I have an appointment with another agent to see some houses''.
Ha?!
1,625,253
Annette Lawrence "I'm not in a hurry to sell''~ on a listed a house ending any conversation about price reduction, home improvement, term negotiation, etc. It is the same as 'i do not care' and 'whatever'. Yucks.
1,625,253
William Feela , you got me.... i do overuse ''god job'' and ''well done'' but I do like encouraging other people. And I do like hearing them towards me. It's nice to be appreciated.
