This is a great questions. I've learned a lot from the answers and that's why I checked. So far I've only posted by AR posts on G+.

G+ is not a successful product p-romoting one's business. I find people who were my clients and got properties from other agents are there. I am not sure how far this soical media can push others getting a bunch of realtors friends exchange info and photos.

I've shared my blog posts on Google+ but don't actively look at the page. I know it can be a great resource and having links on Google+ back to your website can only help your Google ranking. I posted a blog about FHA streamline refinances and shared it on my Google+ and for a few days I was the second link that came up under "FHA Streamline Refinance"

It is important to have a complete profile, and reviews are also important. And share posts both from AR, but also from your own site! And I would recommend not being a bulletin board, and try to engage on Google + and post photos, and make it interesting!

As Debbie has said, fully complete with all your information, and send your posts with good content there. It does help your SEO.

You should have profile fully filled out and linked to your site and other SM. Then, make sure to get some reviews. And, definitely share some of your key posts.
When you write new posts, link to them from G+...this will help index them faster as well as help the SEO.
Then, the better way to do this (if you have time) is engage w/ the G+ community. Then, some of them will share and plus your content. You should do the same for them.

I go to a trusted associate in my office, Rain Silverhawk, and ask her what I should be doing to better use Google +. Mark it a great day

So far I only shared my AR posts or listings on my google+ page.
I just joined a bunch of groups there, maybe I'll learn something good:)
