I tried Top Producer and hated it twice. I use iixact contact. I love their news letters more then top producer also. Top producer is extremely clunky. Nothing is self evident. You have to look for everything. Top producer Also they will lock you in for a year so be careful. I hated their supposed market snapshot. google the reviews before you pay. iixact contact has high reviews and simple to use.

Currently using contactually. I find it simple to use especially with outlook mail, Trulia, Zillow and Linkedin. It also very reasonably priced.

I have never tried a CRM other than my notebook and pen. I have all my possible clients and sphere in separate notebooks and on my e-newsletter mailing list. Call me old fashioned, but I find it works pretty good for me.

June Piper-Brandon , thanks for asking. I have subscribed to the answers because I am interested in everyone else's answers also. I have used Top Producer when I was with a larger team. But it really has more bells and whistles (and costs) than I need right now. I recently downloaded Realty Juggler for a trial; but haven't had it long enough to be able to render an opinion.

I've used Top Producer "forever" to manage my clients, past clients, and strong prospects. I use Market Leader to manage my internet leads until they become "real." Then they get moved into my Top Producer account.

A couple people in my office use iixact and a couple people use Brian Buffini's CRM and a couple use Top Producer. I've used Top Producer but don't like it. Now I use outlook and a notebook and feel like I'm losing things and not being as effective as I would like to be.

Shannon Thomas I have tried Top Producer and just couldn't get my head around it. And, for me to use it, it has to be easy and intuitive.
