I think positive comments on any of these sites help because consumers often research us and find out info prior or after an appointment when choosing a realtor. I think our online reputation is of the upmost importance! 

Vera Gonzalez online positive testimonials are always great - be it any of them - Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com or even Yelp!

Zillow seems to be a good one.

Vera -- I find they rarely volunteer a recommendation on these sites. But if you send them a request through the site, 99% of the time they actually do respond. But you need to ask.

I get references all the time from my Clients but they are given to me.  I post them when and where they make sense.

Even though I am not a realtor, I have had someone leave a recommendation on AR.  It was really wonderful!

I have some recommendations on all of the above sites and have had leads from them all, though, I'm not certain if those leads came because they looked at these recommendations or not.

I have positive comments on zillow and trulia, but have yet to get any leads directly from them. I have had referral leads (from past clients) tell me they "checked me out" on those sites before calling me, though.

I've collected my reviews on Truia where I did a lot of blogging prior to the recent change. I don't know if they brought me a lot of business but I have gotten a couple of good leads from Trulia over the years. I think good reviews make someone more likely to call you - but then the rest is up to me!
