Kevin Mackessy - That's confusing to me, too. A RainMaker account cost $149.00/yr. when I signed up not too long ago. That comes out to about $12.42/mo., so after I get 100k points, does my price change to $2.42/mo? That would be great, but I suspect that's not how it's going to fly.
A while back, Tammy Lankford suggested that I post questions like this to the Ask an Ambassador group. It was a great suggestion that I'll pass along to you.

Seems like that means it is free, unless you signed on for more than 50 dollars per month.
That is what my target is.
Get your 500,000 and you get a free account. Start writing and posting.
Kevin Mackessy I think the subscription starts at $49 or so. Once you reach 500,000 AR points, the account is automatically free!
The real rate was $49 or so. When you factor the added discounts you will be free at 500,000 points for now. But with the future nobody knows.
Yes. it's very confusing the way it's written and their plans.
At 500,000 pts, you are definitely free. It appears that pricing has changed over the last year. It used to be $59/month if under 100,000, $39 over 100,000, $29 for 200,000, $19 for 300,000, $9 for 400,000 and then free for 500,000.
At that time, you could pay for a year for $389. I believe that when you finished that year, it went to a monthly rate of whereever you fell above.
Now, it appears to be $149/yr...but not sure what happens when you finish that year.
They really need to clarify this.
I believe that at 500,000 points you will receive a free account.
I know there are different pricing models. You'd have to call AR for the exact answer, but I think the most common rainmaker pricing is at $49/month, which would make the 500K points = free account make sense. 500K points and the account is still free, I believe.
Like Roger we started with free accounts, and once you reach 500,000, it is free. A
Once you reach 500,000 points, you get the free account...hope you are close, Kevin. This will help!
