That will most likely get agents to research why it didn't sell the first time. But that could be for a variety of reasons. Just be prepared to disclose why it was taken off market, and show any repairs, etc that might have been done. People will suspect the worst I guess.

It was listed in July 2014 and I bought it in October and fixed it and am now re-selling it. ABOR defaulted the listing to Back on Market...
