I am new to active rain and was trying to post to a group and I can't as I am being told the "channel can't be blank". Where do I set this? THANKS!

The channel is something different than groups. Yes, you do need to select a channel before either posting or saving. There are choices such as "Active Rain community" or "home Improvement" or various real estate topics. Just click the button at the end of channel and a window of selections should come up.

What I did was when I wrote the new blog post down below the body of the post there is another box asking where you want it posted. Down there I checked the box for my groups and that did it. Hope that helps!
