There are lots of great charts and graphic programs available. I use Excel.
HOWEVER....what MUST be answered is your intended use. If your use requires the database to be online to create the graphs and charts, you must chat with your website developer.
This is a VERY worthwhile effort if your vision is to create 'subcriber' services.
In my case, data is stored on ISP in an ODBC data base with a user interface that creates the grapics and display needed. Additional feature is the abiility to print PDF from a thin client user interface.
If your data is not complex, you might be able to use FREE online software provided by Google, Microsoft or even Open Office. None of these have proven adequate for my requirements.
