Hi william browne I use the seller leads had two listings last year 640 + 667 so overall for what I spent not bad. You have to followup hard on them. That's the issue.

Paying for leads works as well as standing in traffic trying to flag down buyers or sellers. My best seller leads have come from answering Q and A and from my blog, which is no more on T.

From the feedback I've heard, the seller leads are not worth it...but am interested to see what type of responses come in.

I have never bought a lead, though if I did it would be a seller lead, buyers are easy to find as long as you have listings.

Like Ryan Cummings, I have found that most folks thta I reach out to from these Trulia seller "leads" are folks who are not specifically asking for help with the sale of their house. The first three I called were folks who had recently bought their house, and wanted to know how the Trulia website valued their house. I suppose this is a holdover from Zillow, and their Zestimates...

My experience with the Seller leads was that people didn't realize that they were asking for local Realtor to call them for a professional valuation of there home. They thought they were hitting a button and an instant property value was going to be given to them. They were just curious and not interested in selling.
