Gita Bantwal local events are easy - specially, Makara Sankranti is coming and so is India's Republic Day celebration - 2 different locations and 2 events makes it 4. Local places - like library etc is not that difficult. So are market reports!

But, while I said that I can see where this would be helpful for some agents (as more of the topics apply to them) and for people that haven't done as much blogging as someone like me. For me, I really on a few key powerhouse blog posts to bring in the clicks and calls and my goal is pretty simple...write at least 1 epic flooring post per month, no more than 2 required. The rest is fun and/or serves the purpose of backlinking to strengthen my most important posts.
