I also believe lenders are often NOT tough enough in expressing to clients what they expect of them. They are so much more likely to lose a client early in the transaction thna agents are, so I think sometimes they are "too nice" to the client. I reinforce over and over the message about not wrecking their credit, probably more so than some lenders do.

I dont' believe they do it to break a deal, they just forget about all advice diving into dreams of owning a new home. After the offer is accepted, some buyers think~ ''done!''.
