To me, it's a day off without the phone ringing (hopefully!)  Am going to clean up my office so I can get it reorganized, Clean out the refrigerator, do some cooking and then watch BAMA beat the Buckeyes, Dennis Swartz.

Work Work Work as usual.  It will be a shorter day, but started showings at 8am. 

Morning spent deconstructing the house of Christmas stuff (two more morning to go on this before the weekend is done). Afternoon--catch up on some emails and Active Rain. Maybe a movie later.

I worked this morning, spent some time on Active Rain and now I am going to eat the traditional pork & Sauerkraut for New Year's.  After that I am going ot take down decorations and finally curl up in front of a fire . . . it's cold here today!

I am in the office for the morning, then home to watch the Oregon/Florida State.  Go Ducks.

We are spending the day at home. A nice walk through the neighborhood is a good idea for the afternoon.

Larry, I will watch the parade, then watch football, do few things around the house. Happy NEw Year!

Larry, a little work (have to write an addendum to a contract), some blogging, a trip to the gym, and some de-cluttering in my house are on today's agenda.  And maybe a little bubbly with some favorite neighbors.  To me, a day off means not working quite as hard at real estate.

I'll be doing 12 miles on the Dunedin Causeway and Honeymoon Island State Park. The dolphins and Rosetta's may accompany me. Then I hope to see the Florida State Criminoles get beat as I recoup from burning 1800 calories.

Then there's that recipe I will bring to life with contribution from a bottle of Reisling.

It was a pretty relaxing day for me. I enjoyed it. I did venture out to some friend's house for a great party with some really nice people. The food was wonderful and so was the company. 

It has been fairly relaxing - watched the Parade while posting a blog and commenting, prepared postcards ready for the mail tomorrow and got my desk cleaned off and ready to start the New Year out with a bang! 

It should have been a day with my wife at the movies and then dinner, but I caught a nasty cold, so I'm home working on the computer and feeling sorry for myself!

Not exactly - it's a day to plan for relaxation in future....

We watched ball games and the parade and I painted the bathroom.

I did not work today at all. I cleaned the house, refurnished a small table ( finally!), that followed mani/padi for my daughter and me, watched a movie:)

New Years Day is a day of relaxation for my husband and I.  We watch some old favorite movies while checking email and updating or making new files for the beginning of the new year.  No stress ... just kind of hang out with no expectations and eating lots of leftovers so we can start our healthy eating regime again starting "tomorrow".
