Certainly expecting a better market then 2014.  Though 2014 was a great year and seemed to get better as each month passed.  January closes are set to be a record for me, which is great.  

The market in South Florida is certainly improving and is pretty healthy.  Values are climbing fast, a bit too fast in my opinion.  You see more and more sellers coming out and ready to sell. 

The new condo's being build are everything.  With over 21 new developmenets in Broward and Miami-Dade County alone...the skyline is changing. 

Sure Joan, goes without saying. I want to double my production in 2015.

Most of the predictions are that 2015 will be a very good year in real estate. It is up to you to make it an exceptional year.

It was better.

2014 was the least activity in the last 9 years.  Hoping to see 2015 to be a much better year.

Joan Cox ... doing better is always great, but at this stage of my life I've also learned to accept what is without beating myself up too much.

Well, Joan, I'm always expecting and hoping for a better year. But if my 2015 is like my 2014, I won't be unhappy!

I am expecting  abetter 2015. Our market is improving.

We have a Closing tomorrow so we're starting out the New Year with a sale already!

I'm sure 2015 would be much better for all of us, and market in California will stay strong and stable( crossing fingers:).

Given the activity we are seeing heading into January and the deals we have on the books already, my team and I are definitely expecting 2015 to be a good year - and better than 2014

I'm expecting a wonderful 2015.  I will be moving back to Williamsburg and will be joining Long and Foster with the best broker and manager I have ever had.  The market is good here, so I'm excited!

Expecting a better year. Mobile, AL has a lot of New Industry and the town is full of excitement. Looking to continue to grow in my 3rd year. 

I'm expecting a much stronger year.  December has been a strong month and I think it's a sign to come that things will get better next year.  And, I expect the weather to be better next year (I think this was the worst winter I can remember in my lifetime and it definitely impact our market and delayed it.  In addition, much better focus this year w/ our niche and of course, I'm expecting my health to be better vs. being out fo 6 weeks and had some issues in Feb/Mar (unrelated).

Also, hoping to hire a new person and that should help.

I'm expecting  a much better year - it'll be more focus on niche products, and adding new states to do business in.  Looking forward to 2015!
