I use to market on FB, but it didn't work for me. Now I focus mainly on my blog. But my area is extremely rural. We have less than 32 thousand people in my county.

David ....I post all my listings on Facebook, but I know I need to do more. It's just so hard to do everything out there.
Great question ....Have a great night!

Smart agents are creating Facebook groups for their communities. Most of our Facebook friends do not want to see postings of listings. They would rather learn about our personal interests.

Nice Wayne. Do you find it a good tool for recruiting new agents?

Good start Rob! Some agents aren't even doing that much. One other suggestion is to post community specific content. Something that your "likes" will find useful. Posting your listing is great for the home owner and the people interested in real estate now. The community content will keep you top of mind with your clients that arent' ready to buy or sell now.
One example is that every summer in San Diego there is a free "Concert in the Park" series where every weekend there is free concert at one of the parks in the area. One of my clients posted where it was every Friday and saw very good engagement and added value.

I use it to provide information on the market and to boost posts for more exposure.
