I am an Arizona Real Estate Agent with REMAX Arizona. I relocated to Arizona from the Northeast for the same reason most people choose to move here, the weather!
I have a background in Accounting (8 years), Configuration Management (Document Control) and Drafting (5 years), I was tired of sitting behind a desk, Monday through Friday, and having limited communication with the outside world. I decided to make a complete change in career that coincided with the major move to AZ. I have been in Real Estate since 2004 and love every minute of it. I dove right into Real Estate and never looked back! ;)

I offer a variety of websites with an enormous amount of information and stay current with the newest technology to best assist in Real Estate sales and transactions. Made available through my office is a Transaction Management software that keeps track of every transaction from beginning to end so we will never miss a deadline. I make available to all my clients the use of electronic signatures on all documents to prevent delays on time lines or for any buyer or seller that cannot meet up in person. You also have the capability of signing documents using your mobile phone/smart phone! Working along side a great Title Company that provides exceptional service, including a Concierge Service for my clients enables me to serve my clients with the best possible outcome. | I have not (yet) met Zenja in person. The entire process of selecting, viewing, negotiating, and purchasing this Tempe home was conducted from Michigan, 1800 miles away. I met Zenja by chance when she responded to my Internet inquiry about a property. Now, if I were looking for another property or knew someone who was, I would not lose her contact information. I cannot imagine that another realtor would or could do as good a job as she in representing my interests and keeping me informed, especially from my remote location. Her technical and Internet skills are outstanding. From the beginning we were able to work together as though we had a long and trusted professional relationship. She was always professional, well-informed, available, and sensitive to my needs. She walked my sister through the first house, then helped me put together the original offer. When it became obvious that the first property was not going to work out she assembled an Internet list of ~40 properties with similar characteristics in a two-mile radius, then, using Skype, gave my wife and I a virtual tour of the two properties of interest to us, one of which we selected and offered on. Zenja gave us contacts for an out of state mortgage provider, for all Tempe utilities, and for home security. She evaluated the home inspection repairs and collected receipts; she waited at the house for two hours on a Friday afternoon while a technician installed the home security system; she checked to ensure that the sprinkler system was turned on and functioning; and she held the keys and security fob for my arrival at a later date. She has functioned superbly as my eyes and ears, and as my counsel. Zenja must have numerous clients who purchased larger homes than I, and yet I felt at all times like I was her only client; she was available at all times, and there was nothing she couldn’t do for me. In the beginning I was nervous about looking at houses in Tempe from Michigan, and felt that at some point I would need to fly there to complete an inspection or facilitate closing.
