Solution provider to difficult financing situations. Call me at 415-413-8526 when you are ready to buy or sell a house or you have problems doing it:
-The buyer has credit but little or not much cash to close (and of course, seller is open to the idea)
-The buyer has cash (lots of it!) but not much credit (how do you solve "this" problem?!)
-Seller doesn't want to get all cash in closing. Seller will prefer to carry a note (seller financing/seller carry-back) for longer periods of time (10,15,or 20 years) with the going interest rate and enjoy lots of cash flow coming in, with lots of tax advanatages!
-Seller has a rundown property with lots of equity, but no cash to do the repairs (Hint: I or any one of my trusted investors will partner in bringing the property to "shipshape" condition and sell the property at retail price "FAST"
--The scenarios fathomed are endless.....! Pick my brain, and resolve your housing problems; whether you are in a buyer's market (where there are a lot more sellers than buyers) or in a seller's market (where there are a lot more buyers than sellers).
