Charlie's professional life had him working, at the time, for some large computer companies in Europe as the European Logistics/Repair Manager. His responsibilities included service support to all the European countries as well as the country distributors in Scandinavia, North Africa and the Middle East. Performing this critical support function he also coordinated European manufacturing activities to better support the service aspects of the computer business throughout Europe. In performance of these jobs he had the opportunity of living in Germany and Belgium for 24 years where he traveled extensively throughout Europe, Scandinavia, England, the then east Europe, Hong Kong, and Tokyo while also visiting corporate headquarters in the USA. While in Europe after attending night and weekend classes, he received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Maryland, European Campus, Heidelberg, Germany in Business Management.  His bilingual English/German proved to be invaluable then and now.

Charlie retuned to Florida in 1997 after his wife of 24 years accepted a job with the Navy as an information technology specialist where she was recruited from Europe. Having such a diverse background in service, Charlie obtained his real estate license in 1999 where he has been licensed with Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty ever since.

As a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, northeast Florida Association of REALTORS®, he works to a high standard of professional excellence as well as the ethics set down by NAR. He is a member of the Clay County Chamber of Commerce, a bonded Notary and licensed mortgage broker. He is among the 4% of REALTORS® who have achieved the Accredited Buyer's Representation (ABR) designation from The Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council, e-Pro certification, Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource, Loss Mitigation Certification.  Working with relocating military and corporate porfessions from Europe, Asia, Middle East and nationally.

In his free time, Charlie is active in his church ministering to the home bound, sick, those in hospitals, teaching 7th and 8th grade religion as well as volunteer work with Catholic Charities. He even has time to enjoy vacationing with his wife where they finally get to enjoy traveling together.
