CONTOUR INVESTMENT PROPERTIES is a new company but whose principals have over 50 years of combined experiece in the commercial brokerage arena. The company will be focusing on commercial sales and leases for local, national and region retailers and developers, for retail, office and industrial useage. The pricipals have been retailers themselves, developers, property managers and marketing directors for specific projects.
The Principals will work separately or as a team to deliver their experience and knowledge to clients for the best and most profitable results.
Lane's professional career spans over threee states and 30 years. She is past President, Secretary and a Director for the Commercial Investment Division of New Orleans Real Estate Board; received the Service to the Industry Award in 2001; an Achievement Award Recipient for achieved dollor volumes; and Women of the Year in 2004.
I have always found that specilizing in this profession is the most successful and prosperous path. For over 20 years to still today, I was referred to as the Medical Real Estate Broker. I sold, leased, resold and released over 1,000,000 sq.ft. of medical properties, working with hospitals, natioanl health care organization, and individual physicians. During that time many medical uses were locating into retail centers, which started my next specialization of retail. Therefore I have worked with and placed many of the following; Walgreens, Starbuck's, Long John Silver, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Quest Diagnostics, Life is Good, Del Sol, Staples, Blockbuster Video, American Family Entertainment Center, Outback Steakhouse, Sleep Solutions, Hallmark,Kitchenology, and Easy Rider. And presently in converstions with Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Auto Zone. and Urban Minx.
I also like working with the local retailers and office space tenants. These are the people we work with and get to met with on a daily basis. Which is one way to give back to our community.
