Why should a buyer or seller want to work with me? 

I've spent over 20 years in the Banking and Mortgage industry from an entry level Loan Officer to Operations Manager. As a result, I've seen enough of the business to understand where the pitfalls are and what we can do to avoid them. I listen closely to what my clients' concerns are and structure their loans to meet their long term goals.

I enjoy hearing their goals and dreams and reducing their stress of never having applied for a home loan before. When we are finished, they know that no question is too small to ask and that they have my full focus on THEIR needs, not mine. I make sure that we have a competent match of their financial situation to the final loan product.

I am equally adept with more sophisticated buyers. Others promote "Fast and Easy" loans as convenient for their Borrower, when in fact, it may not be the best match for the clients needs and only makes it Fast and Easy for the Lender.
