I am the owner of wowed! Home Staging. We are a full service company specializing in occupied and vacant staging. We serve clients in Suburban MD, Washington DC and Northern VA. Out staff includes professional movers and stagers who work out of our large warehouse which is stocked with on-trend furniture, art and decor for your projects.
Our clients' homes sell fast! We maximze space, increase flow and highlight a home's focal points. We also use proven merchandising and design techniques so buyers will go from a logical decision to visit your property to an emotional deisre to live there.

| "wowed! Home Staging did an efficient and beautiful job staging my home for sale! Laura was working with a blank canvas since the house was empty at the time it was shown. Her light touch was just right, choosing furnishings that were attractive while still leaving room for potential buyers to imagine their own things in the house. She knew exactly which rooms needed to be staged and which could be left unfurnished. Her fee was entirely reasonable. The staging showed particularly well in the photos used for the virtual tour -- I'm sure it helped attract the large number of visitors to the open house. Communicating with Laura was easy and she and her crew kept to the schedule. They did a speedy job of setting up and taking down the staging. I was especially impressed by Laura's concern that there be no damage to the newly painted walls and newly finished and carpeted floors. I had a contract on the house at my asking price just two days after it was shown. wowed! was an important part of that success." |
